Andrew,

You joined a group called iPod Fitness. I have found that its a little tricky to get to the groups so I am sending you the post I just wrote. I'd really like to get a conversation going, and I assume you want to also (that why you joined).

So since I joined Traineo I have been doing Yoga and some light exercise. Mostly push ups and sit up type things. I feel great and I am definitely getting more fit. I have a trip coming up and want to be in shape.

For the yoga I am using an iPod software program that I got awhile ago. I got it from pumpone.com. I like it - it shows me what poses to do next and what they look like. Its the only visual program that I found and I need pictures for yoga.
The only problem is that I have almost memorixed the routine, so this product may work better for people that lift weights and do more cardio.

Is anyone using iPod stuff??
